Good location with a bus stop & supermarket within 2 minutes walking. Easy to get into old town or going to Leith beach. Only drawback to our stay was that our room, room 5, had its bathroom OUTSIDE the room. To access it, you walk out of the room, through the hallway, past room 4 & then enter your bathroom. Got annoying after the first night when I’m fumbling around in the middle of the night for the bathroom key. All in all, good location, reasonable price.

Very terrible service from this hotel!!! We requested for cancellation but no response. Then we walked in but were told the cancellation had already been approved and would refund to us so that we cannot check in. But finally they went back on their word and did not refund!!! However, we very much appreciate the effort that 訂房網站 has made on negotiating with the hotel.
